Top Exchange is a money remittance service that lets you send money abroad from your phone, with the rate, fee, and transfer status shown clearly at every step.

Question 2

How do I create an account?

Accepted Answer

Download the Top Exchange app, register with your phone number and email, then complete identity verification using a valid official ID in your own name.

Question 3

Why do I need to verify my identity?

Accepted Answer

Identity verification is required of licensed remittance providers. It protects your account and allows your transfers to be processed lawfully.

Question 4

Can I send on behalf of someone else?

Accepted Answer

No. Transfers must be sent by the verified account holder on their own behalf, using their own identity documents.

Question 5

How is the exchange rate determined?

Accepted Answer

The rate shown in the app at the moment you confirm the transfer is the rate applied. It updates as market rates move, so you always see the current figure before confirming.

Question 6

How long does a transfer take?

Accepted Answer

Delivery time depends on the destination country, the receiving method, and the checks required for that transaction. An estimate is shown before you confirm.

Question 7

What fees will I pay?

Accepted Answer

The transfer fee is displayed together with the exchange rate before you confirm, along with the amount your recipient will receive.

Question 8

Can I cancel or change a transfer?

Accepted Answer

A transfer can only be changed or cancelled before it has been forwarded to the receiving partner. Contact support as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Question 9

How do I check the status of my transfer?

Accepted Answer

Open the transaction in the Top Exchange app to see its current stage, from submitted through to delivered.
